Protzel's Deli is a St. Louis institution that has been a family-owned Jewish deli since 1954, known for its corned beef, potato salad, and other deli staples. Originally opened by Bob and Evelyn Protzel in Clayton, it has been in the same family for generations and remains in its original Clayton location, serving classic deli fare to its customers. Protzel's Deli has been in the same Clayton location for over 55 years.It is now run by siblings Max and Erica Protzel, the grandchildren of the founders. Catering and takeout are available.
