New Platform Launches for Jewish Travelers: TAYAR Guide
A new social media platform is making it easier than ever for Jewish travelers to discover, review, and share Jewish heritage sites around the world. TAYAR Guide is a user-supported travel resource that helps travelers find Jewish landmarks, restaurants, museums, synagogues, and events—while also sharing insights about kosher restaurants and supermarkets, safety, and cultural experiences. For security reasons, all posts are reviewed before publication.
The idea for TAYAR Guide came from founder Lisa Reznik, who struggled to compile a comprehensive list of Jewish sites while planning a trip to Poland. “I realized there was no single place online to find information about Jewish heritage locations,” Reznik said. “It required visiting dozens of websites to plan even a simple itinerary.”
A similar experience while preparing for a trip to Trieste, Italy, confirmed the need for a centralized resource for Jewish travel. Reznik envisioned a platform that would not only simplify trip planning but also foster connection among Jewish travelers sharing information, safety tips, and companionship on the road.
This idea evolved into TAYAR Guide, a digital community designed to support Jewish travelers worldwide. With Jewish heritage travel growing by 23% globally, TAYAR Guide meets the increasing demand for accessible, reliable, and community-driven information for Jewish travelers.
“Jewish communities have always maintained strong cultural and spiritual connections, no matter where we live,” Reznik said. “Travel gives us unique opportunities for growth, reflection, and community—and we want to make that journey easier and safer for everyone.”
