Gottlieb’s Restaurant is a Glatt Kosher delicatessen that opened in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, New York in 1962. It was founded by Hungarian Holocaust survivor Zoltan Gottlieb. Today Gottlieb’s is run by Zoltan’s grandson Menashe.
